Make sure you explore the KCYF boutique where you can shop a diverse selection of merchandise such as shirts, tanks, mats, water bottles, and accessories. Styles and sizes will sell out quickly, so make sure you visit early.
We all know Kansas City weather can change – be ready for rain or shine and for cooler mornings & evenings. The event will take place mostly indoors for your comfort, and will happen rain or shine.
For the classes, make sure to bring comfy clothes, your mat, a water bottle, and good vibes! Don’t sweat it if you forget, though. We’ve got mats and water bottles available at hospitality on a first-come, first-served basis. Please bring any props you may like to use for your practice (straps, blocks, or bolsters).
Doors will open 20 minutes before each workshop/class starts. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes in advance to check in, get your spot, and get comfortable. Don’t forget to show your wristband to the volunteer. Please be considerate of others and leave enough space for your neighbors, as many sessions will be at maximum capacity. For those on the wait list or hoping to join if space is available, entry will be granted 10 minutes prior to the session start time. Doors will close 5 minutes after the scheduled start time.
